RONIN International is an independent market research firm headquartered in London, with a team of 68 full-time employees across all offices, 39 desk-based and digital employees across all locations, and a CATI pool of approximately 250 interviewers.

Trusted by global agencies, consultancies, and businesses, RONIN manages the full research process, from questionnaire design to data delivery, focusing solely on B2B insights.

Our collaboration involved working with the Digital and Desk Team as new associates transitioned into manager roles, supporting team empowerment and horizontal collaboration.

OUR OBJECTIVES

THE CHALLENGE

At RONIN International, bringing three distinct teams together presented challenges, as many members were meeting for the first time. Through adaptive planning and flexible sessions, we successfully built team cohesion despite these hurdles.
