We may have connected through my leadership at Cint, where I helped scale our respondent base from 10 million to 100 million through partnerships, as the company transitioned through private ownership to private equity, and eventually to IPO. Or perhaps we crossed paths at a conferences or connected on LinkedIn. Regardless, I am glad you are here.
As an American expat who has called Berlin home for nearly a decade, I bring a unique perspective on what drives success across US and European markets. I serve as a bridge between these worlds, unlocking potential and connecting opportunities for teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

Reflecting on my journey from high performer to team leader, and later to coach and consultant, I have continually invested in my own growth, expanding my understanding of what it takes to excel in today’s dynamic world.
